Tosca Debt Capital, Manchester
With offices in Manchester’s historic city centre, Tosca Debt Capital required a refurbishment to complement their prestigious location and provide a fresh, collaborative workspace for their team.
Redefining the space
Ralph Capper worked alongside the interior design company for Tosca Debt Capital to develop a completely new concept for their space. This new design made elegant use of a monochrome palette with greys and muted tones to create a mature, professional workplace. The refurbishment extended through from their work areas to their newly designed breakout spaces, flowing seamlessly from one area to the other.
New ways to work
An innovative feature to be included in the design was the addition of booths for solo or collaborative work. These bespoke booth sofas were sourced from SouthernsBroadstock to give the staff at Tosca Debt Capital the freedom to find different ways of working. Each booth also integrated screens to provide their teams with the ability to easily share and present information within a smaller group.
Clean, bright & modern
Minimalist black shelving was used to separate the interior into its different uses, effectively partitioning the desk space from the breakout area, whilst still retaining the airy feel of the office. A fluid aesthetic was used throughout, making use of curved tables and rounded edges to reflect the contemporary feel of the space. This theme was also used when selecting seating for the breakout space. The Hayche-Glover lounge chairs in reception and the Always stool from Naughtone were chosen for their simple style and soft aesthetic
